I took a leap of faith, invested in my very first professional camera, and officially launched Shawna Leanne Photography. Looking back, it's incredible to see how one decision changed the course of my life. Every wedding, every couple, and every milestone since has grown from that very first step.

My First Elopement
In 2021, I photographed my very first elopement in the Smoky Mountains. That experience introduced me to destination weddings and reminded me that the most meaningful celebrations don't have to be the biggest. It was the beginning of my passion for documenting love stories wherever they unfold.

2022 marked my first fully booked wedding season—a milestone that confirmed this dream was becoming a reality. More importantly, it taught me the value of creating an experience that couples could truly trust, from our first conversation to gallery delivery.

In 2023, I had the privilege of booking my very first destination wedding in Destin, Florida. What started as a dream became a reality, opening the door to serving couples beyond Tennessee and Kentucky and reminding me that there's no limit to where this journey can take me.
